Depends what you want first. I would get shocks and springs or a header.

what are you into? taking corners at 50 or droppin the clutch at 4000RPM? Corners = I would do sway bar kit and front and rear tower braces all from Racing Beat. I just bought a SPEC Stage 3 Spung 6 puck performance clutch from horsepowerfreaks.com for 300 bucks but haven't installed due to RX7 meet friday and i couldn't full throttle it for 450 miles due to break in time. Header, OR OH OH mild street port !!!

well I dunno what you have but I would get soem mrore gauges and header. Oil temp water temp and oil pressure are good to get....yes you already have water temp and oil pressure but I like the faster responding aftermarket gauges. good insurance too.

I don't think I would get a header if I planned on going turbo later on.

Hell, I got my header for 60 bucks. Look around, get a header, E-fan(VERY notible improvment, get one froma taurus, its the easiest mod there is.) I also got my Dellorotos and intake for 350. Just look around and grab the good deals when they come up. You can doa decent amount for 300.

i'd say springs or struts, something that is a repair, e-fans is a idea. anything thats going to replace aging parts is a better idea than just adding some 'power gainer' modifcation, tho. make sure the car is running 100% before you start wasting money on engine modifications.

g'luck hope you find some new toys

i'd do springs and struts myself... if u already got a turbo solution figured out... hell i dunno bout u, but i got my 89 turbo/exhaust manifold for real cheap, i'm sure u could find the same deal, and already be on ur way to turbo, even if its not some humongoid T80000 turbo...

^Agree with the suspension. If yours is in need of improvement, do this first, even if it is stock replacement stuff for worn springs and shocks.

You can add all the go-fast parts you want, but if it rides and handles like ****, you'll simply have a faster car that still rides and handles like ****. That's no fun.

Its gonna cost a little over $300 but I would do the bushings as well...

www.suspension.com full kit = $120 <--includes rear end which you'd probably want to leave out

I would get 2gen coil and DLIS it. Then add GSL-SE fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator. Rebuild carb. Header.

Suspension is good idea depending on what condition your is in.

assuming your car is in good shape...and your running a cat bypass pipe but no header means you have to pass smog sometimes so you dont want a header probably.

I would pick up racing beat springs and search ebay for some koni/tokco shocks.

a lightened flywheel would be awsome to. in the 300 range youll be stuck with steel but it will make your car feel more responsive and a little faster down low were you need it.

I think Mark meant 2GCDFIS. Like mikey D, I too would suggest a light steel flywheel.

Yeah, I just ordered a full set of urethane bushings from Mazdatrix plus a new right lower control arm = $312.14.

go buy yourself a hooker.

enjoy your couple hours.

in the moment of calm consider how you can work more hours so next time you will have enough money to do a complete suspension job.

I don't think Hooker headers will fit a Mazda Rx-7. You're so silly !
