Have to get a much better picture to tell if they were really used. They coulda just been sitting in some dirty rotors.

 

Not bad but you need springs to go with them.

 

If they are used, I'll simply get my money back. He states that they are new, and my money is insured just for this case, If they are used.

 

Do they look worn, or just installed?

these seals are new and have never been in a running engine. they have however been taken out of the origanal packaging but are still perfectly good. i received your payment and will ship out the seals monday morning. thanks, Chet
