Back on topic.... On my GSL-SE, I'm keeping mine as close to stock as possible. I've done nothing other than RB header / exhaust and K/N drop in (and I've kept the stock stuff). I even kept the air pump (it's doing nothing positive or negitive to the daily opporation of my car).

On the question of whether this car will become a classic (if it isn't already)? IMO it's already heading in that direction. You may never sway the American Muscle car crowd, however, the European / import Sports Car crowd know more about (and appreciate) this vehicle than you might think. Also, there are fewer and fewer on the road every year - Of course, no one really knows but I'm holding out - time will tell

Just do what you want to do with the car, who cares what your friends think. Thats why I'm doing a full swap on my 83. 13B-RE turbo, T2 transmission, put in -se suspention, and whatever else I want to do in the future.
