Glass Roof parts

I just picked up a glass sunroof to replace my rusted metal one. I figured I'd just use the hinges off of my metal one, cause this glass one has no hardware on it. Well I can't, while they use the same hinges, they attach differently because the ones for the glassroof have to go all the way through, while the they only screw into the metal roof. Same thing on the back, there's a piece that goes on the top of the glass roof that my metal one doesnt' have.

Anybody know where I can get these parts? VB only seems to have parts for the metal roof.

I came across the same issue when I purchased a roof missing one of the buttons that slip through the glass. VB doesn't sell them and Mazda doesn't even have a part number on the microfiche. I hope you're good at fabrication.

Umm, read the post....VB doesn't have them...

I think maybe I can make something for the front ones off my metal roof to work, but I'm not sure what I'm gonna do with the rear piece.

Anyone else know what I can do?

Awh.
Now I remember why I sifted thru all that broke glass on that GSL-SE at the wrecking yard.

Shame somebody took a hammer to that PPG glass roof.
