Gen 1 security system

So i need to get my Gen 1 a security system or something to keep it from getting jack. it has all the stock locks and ignition but the ignition was rekeys but that dosen't mater. someone tryed to steal it ones when i left it uplocked when the car wasn't running (the carb is clogged) and didn't get anywhere see as how the car wont start.

So i need options in security systems or ways to keep my almost street ready gen 1 once it's up and screaming from getting jacked.

the car is 100% stock right now but i'm thinking of a digital ignition.

I am not sure about alarms in miami but I use a autopage alarm with a pager so I know whats going on with the car. stater cut off, and a switch on the fuel pump wire . the black wire for the fuel pump runs next to the driver seat in the panel.you can hide the switch under the seat. if you need help or a wire diegram let me know

try the viper 771 or the 791. they are a little pricey but they're great systems. get a prox sensor and battery backup, hook up your remote start(leave the 7 in neutral) and if you wanted keyless and you're set

i think the best alarm would be a standalone fi system that you could remove the entire ecu and take it with you..

except if they just wanted to jack stuff inside...

im pretty sure a fuel cut off switch and a battery switch would top any one from takin the entire car

you could all ways use the old fasion 12v electreic fence unit and wire hot wires on the handles

How about you rig a shot gun shell under the gas pedal, so if somone were to try and steal you car, and not remove the shot gun shell, they would wind up a foot short.

I can garuntee know robber will ever make it down the drive way.

Remember that with whatever secruity system, thieves are still able to get in your SA/FB in under one minute with anything like a screwdriver or stick. Before any electronics are installed, spend the few bucks and buy (or make) some plates for behind your door handles.
