fuse block question

i've come to the conclusion i have a slow drain on my car and its coming from the hazard fuse in the fuse box below the steering column. the fuse controls the H block wiring section according to the manuals wiring diagram. now my question is.. do i really need this fuse to drive my car and function properly?? or is it one of those fuses i can just leave out???

if i'm not mistaken the H block wiring section only controls:

- lights off reminder buzzer (not really necessary)
- ignition key reminder buzzer (not really necessary)
- autoclock (i can rewire)
- luggage compartment light (not really necessary)
- door lock cylinder & ignition key cylinder lights (not really necessary)
- interior & spot lights (not really necessary, i'd rather have no lights than have slow drain on my battery)
- seat belt warning buzzer (not really necessary)

i'm willing to rewire the items i need for the car to function properly. i'm just tired of this slow drain. i need some input from you guys or someone who is familiar with these wiring diagrams. i don't THINK i need this fuse... or do i???

guys, i'm not talking about the fusible links. i'm talking about the LY circuit that is connected to the fuse blox under the driverside foot panel. the LY cuircuit connects to section H of the wiring diagram.

do i really need this fuse to drive my car and function properly?? or is it one of those fuses i can just leave out???

start with the most obvious and basic before you start with the complicated ones.

Save yourself the headache and just download the wiring diagram. Thats what I did. FWIW I remember running my GSL at a point in time with only like 3 fuses actually in it because I had a short that kept popping fuses (i had no extras so needless to say the core components to get home were the ones that were occupied by a fuse) lol. Very little is actually REQUIRED...just don't blow yourself up. And unplug your batter please before you start messing with wires. I don't want to see an "I electrocuted myself working on my car" thread...although, that would be entertaining.
