Well I rebuilt the carb and found out it had a stuck needle I replaced it and screwed with the Fuel to Air and Idle and Its now running fine. Idles little under 700 just got done taken it for a test run
Its a street ported 83 Rx7 with RB heads and exhaust but my gas gauge doesn't work and neither does my Temp gauge any idea on how I should start working on that?

Your fuse marked "Meter" in the fuse box is probably blown.

The temp gauge sending unit might be broken, check on the top of the rad to see if the wire is broken. Mine did that so it was replaced.

That is not the temp sending unit, that is for the low coolant warning. :-)

Noxi, did you change out the 15amp fuse marked "Meter"? Sometimes you can't tell by looking at them.

The only things that can cause that besides the most common which is the fuse is that someone had the cluster out and did not plug the connectors back in or the circuit board for the gauges is bad.
