Fuel pressure
Ok, have a 13B 4 port installed. Holley blue fuel pump and holley reg. Went to crank eng today for the first time after a big streetport/rebuild job. Got eng running for 15 min then all of a sudden eng stopped. Checked everything and noticed no fuel to carb. Isolated fuel system and no fuel coming out when i disconnected line on firewall (hard fuel line that runs underneath) fuel pump was running but real quiet. I blew into hose and can hear fuel flowing in line opposite way. Did this for 3-4 min and then fuel pump get's real loud (like it should).
Hooked up fuel line and getting fuel now.. 5-10 min after running again no fuel..
What can this be..
I dropped fuel tank yesterday to see if it was rusted.. but tank is clean..
Thanks, Gonzz

check the lines that attach to the pump ... see if they might be reversed. i've seen it once where the lines were reversed and gas was still able to come through, after the pump shut itself off (i guess it must have built pressure in the tank)
FYI
i've even seen when sometimes it will blow gas into the return line (but you won't know unless you remove the line valve) - i know you're probably not using a return line, but that was just for your general info.
