i got a 13b gsl-se and i wanted to get a computer to run it cuz i didn't want to go carb. a preformance shop sold me a super afc and hooked it up but the cant get the air flow meter to hook up right. has any one tried this before or could any one suggest a good fuel computer, by the way the instructions dont have a wireing diagram for 1st gens

I know people have done it.. but not me sorry..
Look in the FSM or even a chiltons manual.. should have a wiring diag..
If not check out the haltech f9 or even the megasquirt.
There are tons of others too.

The stock ECU and injectors, will support significant mods - up to a good sized street-port with almost all the bolt-ons. There is no need to upgrade the ECU if all you're concerned is getting fuel to the engine.

I've seen 225 hp on an SE with a streeport, header, exhaust and running a tec II. You'll never make that kind of power without the fine tuning of the standalone.
Just takes forever to setup properly.

CRAZY... just get the stock wiring harness or get the GSL-SE and everything is good to go... I'll let you have it for $7... i've got 3... one in my car and 2 waiting for you.... I thought I'd say that it rhymes... but yeah...
