Front rotor bearing races.

How the hell do I remove these? Do I need a special punch? I was using a flat head and a hammer, and a bit of heat from a propane torch, and the bastards wont budge.

Hammer and a drift, tap your way around the edge and work it out slowly. I've never had to use heat.

seriously? they are notched from the rear, compared to others they are EXTREMELY easy to get the old races out, lots of room to set a punch on.

Done and done. The races came out smoothly, just needed the right tool...a nail punch! I re used the old bearings and races. cleaned em and repacked em.

First time its been on all 4 wheels with the new tires on it.

I just use a long flathead and a hammer. JUst like trochoid said, work slowly around the race.

Hammer them out from the inside. There are two flat spots to fit a screwdriver.

You can use the old races as a drift to drive the new races into the rotor. Just be careful...
