You could by a pretty good running 7 for $850.00. My stock wheels are looking better all the time!

ok, it was asked earlier in this thread, but i never saw an answer..

What is the proper backspacing?

i'm considering a set of motegi FF7 rims, but i'm not sure what the backspacing should be.

FF7:
Rim Diameter (in): 16 in.
Rim Width (in): 7.00 in.
Backspacing (in): 5.625 in.
Offset (mm): +42.00mm

The 4x110 wheels need somewhere in the +10 - +20mm offset for a 7" width. Any less offset, and fender clearance becomes a problem. Any higher offset, and spring/strut clearance is the issue.
My Ronal 15x7 wheels are a +15 offset, and there are no clearance issues. I think the Kosei K1 15x7 has a +17 offset.

Tire selection is getting problematic, but until I'm unable to get R tires in 13 inch sizes, I'm not switching up. Also, I just sunk a bit of change into a set of 13x7 Revolution 4 spoke rims, which look quite pimp, or will when they finally get here this week.

As for the 'cup' bolts, they make me a little nervous but I suppose if the cup is fairly beefy and the wheel centers well, it should work.

For your 15x7 wheels with 15 mm offset what tires are you running with no clearance issues?

The Watanabe RS-8's on my Rx2 are for a 4x110 1st Gen. They are +9 in front (6.5") and +15 rear (7.0") This gives the staggerd widths an even 2" lip.

That's why I asked about the offsets of those wheels before...most are probably in the +24 thru +40 offsets, which will definately not fit.

kosei K1's have +17 offset and fit perfect (don't stick out at all), I will take some pics of mine when I get home and post them for all to see, prolly going to be huge resolution as idk how to resize them.
