hi im new but a lurker i have been lurkin around the fiirst gen forums for a while now we used to have one but it got sold to my friend whom we enjoy workin with on it so well here we are now thinkin about gettin another one



well my dad and i found an 84ish gsl its got a 12a (stuck) interior is clean and original body is very very straight my question is the guy wants 500 but we have to drive 400 miles to pick it up we tried talkin him down to 350 but hes very firm do u think its worth it


P.S. the inner fender wells have been fiberglassed but its startin to come off

 

Fiberglass for what? Rust repair? If so, avoid it for the price and trouble... there has to be one closer.

 

What does "12a (stuck)" mean? The engine is seized? If so, definitely not worth the trouble...keep your eyes open and continue to be patient...another better deal will show up.
