First Gen OMP BLock Off plate

Does anyone know where I can get a block off plate for the OMP on the 12A? I see them offered for the 13B's, I'll just make one if I have too, but I'd rather buy one if it's offered by someone.

Why bother buying one when it's sooo easy to make?

I made mine from 5mm aluminium plate and sealed it with RTV. Takes about half an hour.
