finished cold air intake

"Finally" finished the scoop, primed the hood for now. Got the qtec installed but having issues with it staying closed.....

Both work well. For a cowl to be fully effective the cowl needs to be right near the base of the windshield. Take a look at a factory chevelle hood. This scoup worked effectively on a 454 build chev 1/2 ton running mid 12's in the 1/4. Huge difference compared to under hood temps for me, the camden builds enough heat on it's own.

Are those functional throttle plates in the scoop? Thats f**** sweet! I could imaging someone revving up to you, seeing those flip open, then they know they're in trouble

Yep, functional. Helps keep the birds out on the highway unless I'm on the throttle.
