FINALLY: more pics of my car. (56k beware)

The turbo engine swap is moving forward nicely having finally recieved my engine. Its a great engine but the seller was a jerkoff. It took 9 weeks total to get it.

anyways, heres the 91 turbo motor all striped down and the 87 turbo tranny.

I see you're still knee deep in doing the shift rod mod. If you have any more questions just shoot me a PM.

Oh yeah, nice car. Silver is the best color for FB's IMHO.

no, the shift rod is done. I took thes pix a almost two weeks ago. It tood forever to get a photoCD.

The shifter bushing is really close when in third but it should be fine.

The engine, clutch, tranny and starter are all assembled and waiting to go in the car. It should go in on sunday so expect some more pics.

I love the volvo intercooler, that's what I would do if I had a turbo. Who cares about turbo lag?

Your car is going to love that motor. Is it ported?

When you shift into thrid the shifter bushing goes back.

When in third, the bushing is nearly touching the back of the shifter housing.

Actually it wouldnt shift into third with the spring on there I had to cut off part of it.

I was wondering if someone would notice that. Sounds like you enjoy the reefer yourself

If you have a bubbler or small water pipe, a heavily padded case like that is essential.

with that thing you never have to worry about it breaking. Perfect for quickly stashing it somewhere. you can throw it and if wont break. Or make a sound for that matter.

I dont get this Smily????

whats with poking it with a stick, I would be grabbing it up

yeah, i saw it too... but what i keep in my car is better... a bong made of normal household items... so you can chuck it whenever, and its not a big thing.

Gotta love glass though.

Much cleaner
