It's easier getting an TII manifold to work that to make an FD twin turbo manifold to work with one turbo.

didnt you see that the fd manifold has one flange? the exhaust housings on both turbos are one peice sort to speak. i dont see how there would be a problem in getting a fd manifold to work, unless theres clearance issues with the intake manifold.

im sure the t2 manifold would be easier to get ahold of though.

I think I now know what your talking about, it is a SS autochrome manifold for a FD. Yes it is a single turbo mani, uses a T4 footprint, and has a HKS wastegate flange (old style). I'm in the process of installing one on my 1st gen with a To4S turbo. You will need two 13B header flanges from racing beat to space it out far enough to not hit your intake manifold, and then find some longer exhaust studs (in process of finding right now). With a v-band clamp exhaust you will also need to grind away the lower section of the air control valve boss on the intake manifold to clear. Other than that it all works fine, the wastegate has plently of room and nothing hits the steering rack. I had to get a machine shop to adapt the wastegate flange though, as my wastegate is a Tial, with a different bolt pattern. Hope that helps you out. Oh yeah the mani will support a 50mm wastegate too.

That flange you're talking about is where the downpipe bolts onto.

The stock FD manifold is good for nothing except the stock turbo's. That's all there is to it.

You can see how it works in this pic a bit better.
