I got a 3 spoke FC steering wheel that looks great in my 85GSL except it does not sit all the way down on the steering shaft to touch the horn plunger or the turn signal cancel mechanism. Any ideas what is wrong or if I am missing a piece?

Can I move the turn signal combo switch closer to the steering wheel?
