FB with Series 5 Looking Circle Taillights, but stock on Cardomain
I was looking on cardomain one time and I found an FB with stock taillights but they had circles behind them kind of like the Series 5 rx-7s. I wish I would have saved it but its too late now. I want to say it was V8Kilrs but I am not 100% sure. if anyone knows what i am talking about, please help. i am looking to do this to mine as well. thanks.

no, you take the lens apart and put the circles on the inside color reflectors, then put the clear utter cover on, but be careful, if you **** it up the middle will look like a dumbell

My car has them. There are only a few on cardomain that have this done. Heres a pic of mine:

Using the spray paint is a good way to do it, but I like to keep things reversable, so I just used a "template" with two circles cut into it and placed that behind the lens. Works just as well and if I ever get bored of it I can remove it.

well, i thought this would be cool. Paint the circles on the colored lenses, but then spray that "Night Shade" paint on the clear lense, so you'd have the solid black look druing the day but when you hit the brakes or turned your lights on you'd have the S5 looking tails lights. Just a thought....
