Anyone transformed there fb into a convertible????

It's been done by a handfull of people. The convertibles can look very nice, if done right. However, it really needs a custom subframe or something to compensate for the loss of chassis stiffness.

If you look at them long enough they have sort of a classic Ferrari Daytona look about them. That's the car used on Miami Vice, which BTW was actually a kit dropped onto a Corvette chassis.

Not everyone has the same tastes, but I think it looks good. Some people do not like convertibles, and might not like the Daytona convertible or the Maserati Ghibli Spyder either. For comparison, here are convertible and hard top versions of the RX-7 and Ghibli:
