fast blink

The other day i went through a car wash and my outside lens fell off.
So i figure it would be a good time to make the clear taillights.
I went out and bought colored leds and put them in, they work but when i use the directional it blinks super fast also when i hit the brake the "Stop Lamp" lights up on my dash. The stop lamp thing doesn't bother me so much but is there anyway to fix the fast blink?

When making the clear taillights do i just remove the inside lens or do i need to find clear ones or is there some way to make the existing ones clear?

It's blinking fast because the impedence of your LEDs is lower than the impedence of your old bulbs. You can either put in a resistor to raise the impedence or replace your flasher relay with one made for LED's. I'll look and see if i can't find the website i found that sells those.

I have no clue, I never read the whole thing, I looked at key points that they wrote. I'll take a look at it though.

Yeah, just cut the Flasher box circuit. IMO I would just solder in a resistor... I am paranoid about cutting parts like that off.
