If you take the door panel off inside, you can get to the actual latching mechanism that holds the door closed and just monkey with the couple of connecting rods that go to it and it will open.
Just to think I went to the junkyard Saturday while the weather was a balmy 40F and finally got a replacement bumper skin for my bumper. Can't even install it right now because of ice and temps in the teens.
You should be able to take the inner door handle off and grab the latch Rod with a pair of pliers and pull once the ice has thawed out.
Throw some hot coco on the ice or pee on it. That'll melt that ice.
