I just got my 85 gsl 12a running and took it through inspection . I live in NJ where emissions rules are strict. It failed for CO and HC also it idles too fast. Yes they failed me for fast idle. What can I do to get the emissions down to where they need to be? It passed Nitrogen Oxide with a very low number. I have a rebuilt motor (KDR) and a rebuilt stock carb. All the emissions hoses are new silicone so there is no vac. leaks. The exhaust, cat included is fairly new so I don't think the cat is the problem. I know there are some adjustments I can make but I don't know what they are. Thanks for the help, Vic
