Failed emissions today

My CO% was too high (2.33, 1.27 is allowed). Everything else went fine. Not exactly sure how the GA tests work. But here's what pisses me off. I'm not sure if it matters or not, but my RPM was exactly twice what was shown on the computer/report. The test was run at around 3500 RPM. Report says 1650. I wonder if that is what made it fail. Dumbass had no clue how to deal with a rotary engine. Then he told me the reason it failed was probably due to an O2 sensor. He looked puzzled when I told him I don't have one.

Oh well. A carb tune up and a test at a different place will probably make it ok. Just pissed.
