I liked the racingbeat I had on the T2 but not sure how it'll sound on a FB. I was looking at the website yesterday and the one I saw had a rotary shaped canister. Not sure I liked it.

Which RB exhaust would yall recommend though?

For a small power increase, simplicity, and longevity the RB system is nice. It does deflate the pocketbook quite a bit though.

For more power an RB or SDJ header, decent collector and larger diameter than stock piping to a good muffler(borla/magnaflow/ect) will work great and is fairly quiet.

Get the long-primary "streetport" system. If you want something bolt-on it's the only decent choice.

Ok I found it.

This might be a stupid questions but do you need to have the streetported Engine for it to function properly? Obviously it would be best if it was streetported but how much of a difference would it make if I don't have the streetport?

I can't stand the exhaust tone that it has right now. I want to get rid of the pissed of bumble bee sound. I dont' have the money for the entire system but if I just got the muffler for now do you think it would soothe the Bumble bee? (at least until I can get the other components)

The RB systems are very quiet and mellow-sounding.

Yes, get the "streetport" system even if you have a stock motor. The regular system only has a 2" OD collector. You can get just the muffler, but I wouldn't recommend it since it isn't compatible with the full streetport system.

You may also want to look into the RB universal presilencer and muffler and have your local muffler shop make something custom for you.

If you don't have a header yet then the "streetport" system will probably be a wise choice.
