Welcome to the forum.
A car is a car is a car.
What that means is you need to find out what your engine is lacking to start.
Verify that you have adequate fuel going into the carb.
Verify that you have spark to both leading and trailing plugs.
Make sure that you have adequate cranking speed to get the engine started.
Last but not least if you have verified spark and fuel and cranking speed.
Perform a compression test on the engine.

what type of fuel pump do you have?...you do say you have a dellorto so thats not stock so if you were running the old fuel pump it could have gone out on you...take a bottle of gas with a line going to the carb and with gravity it should turn on if thats the problem .good luck

Think about what you just said.
Fuel cannot travel on it's own.
If you squirt some carb cleaner or starting fluid in the carb then that would do the trick.
However, taking the line off of the inlet side and activating the fuel pump with a hose that is routed into a gas can would show whether you are getting fuel or not.

Welcome to the forum and the Darkside. In my sig lone is a link to the online FSMs, carb manual and other rotary related reading. Download whatever you need and read read read.
Have you checked your fuel filter yet? Might be a good place to start.
Btw, in the top right corner of the post box is a check mark with ABC just above it. It's a new addition to the forum, it's a spell checker. Please make use of it. It will make reading and understanding your posts/questions easier.
