Which engine is this?

At the junkyard someone was basically paying me to take thier wankel out of thier yard. It was wierd tho, i dont know what engine it is, but heres what i got, its got a shiny round looking exhaust manifold, unlike my cast one, Dual dizzy's, and a carb...just wondering if i should pick the thing up.

10a or 12a from before 73. based on the exhaust, im guessing its a 12a with an aftermarket header of some sort. best of luck on it being a 10a
