Emissions laws?
Does anyone know the emission laws in wisconsin? I have a california car and I currently live in wisconsin. It has three catiletic converters and i was wondering if i have to leave all of them on there or if i can take it down to one. Also i was wondering if there is a significant difference in power between haveing all three or just one.
