when did you start blowing the fuse? usually when a fuse blows, something is grounded that shouldnt be, shorting that fuse out. as for the dash lights, check your dimmer switch. finally, the brake lights: check the stop light switch. follow the brake pedal's travel towards the firewall. the fedal comes in contact with the switch almost immediatly after you press the pedal down. test the switch.

the dimmer switch is prone to failure on these cars. pull it and jumper together the two wires going into the switch. if there is more than two (memory is bad on this) then look at the FSM, or whip out your handy dandy multimeter.

[edit] I forgot to mention that this was a fix, or atleast a test, for the issue of the dashlights not working.

If the dimmer switch works, don't mess with it, they are easily prone to failure due to rotating the wheel past the stops, which snaps the fine wires in the switch.

I have had broken ones that were in both the full ilumination and no illumination postion and they caused no other electrical issues.
