Electric Window Question???

Are the motors on the electric windows reversable between drivers and passengers side? It looks like the wiring should be long enough to get the plug connection on either side.

I have a set of motors here, but can't get to 'em right now, but I'd agree with nimrodTT from memory they will not swap.

Soooo I know the 2 bolt holes will always be on top,
does the black end of the motor point towards the front of the car?

yes it points toward the back. I was thinking of modifing the unit if it was not a passenger unit by using my passenger base and th electical from the donor part. I have not had a chance to really look into this, I am just going by my mind's eye now.
