EFI Intake questions for 4 port 13b
So I ended up building a 4 port 13b (stock port) out of some 12a parts, and am running it with the 12a intake and nikki carb through an adapter plate I made. After driving it a bit and trying to mess with the nikki I am now wanting to switch to EFI so I can have more power, drive it in the winter, and up/down high elevation mountain roads. It seems like the cheapest and best way to do this would be to make another adapter plate to put injectors in and use a s4/s5 intake, since the weber/holly TBI stuff is super expensive. Has anyone here made one of these adapter plates? It seems like it would be a tight fit if the injectors came out of the top. Would it be worth it to set up the aux port and VDI stuff with a 4 port engine or would it be useless on the 4 port engine? Lastly, can I just get 2 big primary injectors and not run secondaries or will it run better with all of them? Thanks.

i've seen someone make a spacer just for the injectors, it seems like a lot of work and $$, but it works. you could also run a Weber style intake and throttle body.

Yeah, I was looking at the ida and dcoe style throttle bodies too but I'm a little bit concerned about how much low end power they would make vs a stock s5 intake since the runners are way shorter. Has anyone here used an ida or dcoe efi setup?
