a completely stock s4 TII turbo? or a hybrid TII turbo?

post a pic of the turbo please, the inducer with the filter off.

That math dosent add up. the stock turbo dyno sheets show a power drop off at 5.5k or so. yours keeps going up till 7k.

You made 115 more hp and like 80 more tq at the same 14psi then other people have made.

I doubt this turbo is stock, but if it is please post pics to clear up any doubt totally. If your on the stocker at 14psi and made 355 you have broken records... by alot.

looks very possible to me, if the engine is great compression + fresh turbo + 3" I/C piping (that is huge, i only run 2.25" on my 400hp+ supra and i thought that was big!)

car looks like it was done properly, tuned properly using new parts and not slacking around. very nice!

 

read my post again... take it word for word. You have done something unheard of by about 100hp with the stock turbo.

There are several cars @ Mazsport with the exact same setup and running within a few hp results that I am. Just give Scott a call and see for yourself. I am sorry you are wrong here but the facts speak for themselves.

 

we just want PROOF that's a completely stock turbo. because seriously, that kind of power is absolutely insane out of a stock tII turbo... s4 at that.

i truly hope it is a stock turbo, cause that changes everything


edit: not stock as in... yes it's a s4 TII turbo.. as in there seriously has been no shaft or blade work done.

 

So you would rather not post a pic of the turbos comp wheel, all the pics i can find of it are covered in green tape.

I want to believe you, so that the documented limits of what a s4 turbo can do will be blown out of the water.

Is a simple fix... post a pic of the comp wheel and its set in stone... no one can argue or deny the numbers.


This situation has come up before in the 2nd gen section a few times. people get all happy about 280whp on a stock turbo and when questioned it turns out its a hybird.

 

I can’t believe you guys trying to cut perfect7 down for actually knowing how to TUNE an engine and run a first class setup…..

you statement is false. if you read my post again you will see that i want him to give this last small thing so that it will be 100% no doubt that its possible to make that much hp on a stock turbo... s4 or s5.

It would be great to have documented that it IS possible, because until now there is none.

before you go callin people internet racers do some searches. sleeper and i both are heavy in what we do. that's all we do are rotaries... which is WHY we are so curious about this dyno because it goes against everything. if it IS a completely un altered stock s4 turbo then this opens up new doors! and that's what we're hoping for.
