I took a driveshaft to Drivelines Northwest to have it shortened to fit a certain engine. Cost about 50 bucks.

Look for a local decent driveshaft shop.

If your dreaming of a 20B.....dont expect the stock driveline to hold up.

Hell,I wouldnt expect the tiny little stock U-joints to hold up to much of anything except an N/A 2 rotor.Shortening the stock shaft become moot when doing a power upgrade engine swap. A new, big, servicable shaft can be made to fit any combination of power, trans and rearend that you can imagine.....for about 200 bucks.

I decided to leave the tranny in the stock position this time so if I break the stock driveshaft, I can throw another one in.
