Thumbs down Draw your own conclusion!

At first I was not sure if I should post this thread about someone that is not being honest, but I deeply felt that it is my duty to warn everyone about dealing with this individual. Two weeks about there was a heated thread from "jammerx7gsl" accussing Robert at Rotary Shack ripping him off. In the end, we all knew who came out ahead. Anyway, I purchased a sunroof assembly from Jammerx7gsl in Feb. Payment was sent to his on Feb. 13. The check cleared on Feb 26. Numerous e-mail was sent to jammerx7gsl regarding when the item will be shipped. Finally heard from him on the 7th of March. He informed me that the item was shipped to a wrong address and offered to send the item to me for free. I told him to keep the money and just sent me the unit. As of today, no item received and again, no respond to my e-mails. Now, I would like to let everyone know the intend of this thread is not to flame anyone. Nevertheless, I felt this individual should be pointed out on how he conducts his business. I fully intend to follow up this matter with the Belluvue police.
As the title stated, you all can draw your own conclusion.

LOL.

I think we need someone to be a forum Judge, like Judge Judy or something.

They gather the testimonies, and then make a ruling. The losing side has their car repo'ed and parted out in the classifieds.

Just wanted to be fair by letting the board know I finally received the item that I paid for since Feb. 13. This whole thread could have been eliminated if the other party returned my e-mails.

I am glad you finally received your item. Sorry it took so long and such. I am from the Seattle area and I have posted on several threads that jammerx7gsl has posted on and I will be going on a drive with him in February as well as a lot of other Seattle area RX-7 owners and I didn't really think him the type of person to not be honest. I pointed out this thread to him yesterday but apparently he already had it taken care of.

Wow,

Thanks for totally bashing me everyone. I didn't realize everyone could be so **** and mean.

Thanks Icemaster for putting in a good word. I am a very honest person, however you all may have your own thoughts.

I am sorry that I put a thread up for Robert, but I was only acting out of anger and did not understand why it was not shipped to me when he said it was garunteed to be there.

For those of you that hate me , why don't you just make a new thread and totally bash me on it, and then be done. Get all you anger out at one time, and then leave it.

True, I do not view this forum everyday, because I have a life outside of the internet, and yes I did make a shipping error to JLUI for the sunroof crank assembly, but it was resolved through emails, and furthermore, it was not sold through this forum or ebay. It was brought on by Ebay, but not sold through an action. So JLUI, Don't say I am disonest when selling on this forum, or ebay.

Icemaster,
I look forward to meeting you in April for the drive, so I can show you that I really am a nice person.

FYI
When you buy something from someone else that you really want, It is that person that is doing a favor for you. So be patient and give them some slack.

Thanks for the insults, assh***s
Thanks for those of you that know my true personality
Ben

Ok, ok..... Just point out where in this thread besides the opener that we all bash on you, and slam your impecible character...... Actually, I think most people have been pretty tolerant, and slow to flame. Chill man, the only post here that sounds like it's trying to bash you is your own.
