does it matter,,,,

replaced the two OMP plastic lines, question is does it matter which line goes to what on the carb,,,,also, does the OMP pump oil out of both outlets, anyone ever check....

yea haynes only tells the output measurment, nothing about what line goes where ,,,

Id figure it shouldnt matter since they both goto each barrel on the promary side IIRC

Yeah, I dont think it matters. Just as long as both get some oil. I asked the same question a while ago, and thats the answer I got . I just put the lines on so that they layed correctly .

I'm pretty sure that it doesn't matter which output on the OMP goes to which input of the carb, but seeing the nature of the hard-plastic OMP lines, I doubt that they could be swaped without putting undo stress on them. In fact, I wonder if you could even hook them up backwards without breaking....

Well, one's going to be a bit longer than the other, isn't it. Should be easy to tell. Hey, are the lines really soft when new, because mine are rock solid and don't like to move more than an inch.

It does'nt matter which goes where, they get the same flow unless ones cloged. Mine are almost 90% vac. line, JUST rember to check them pretty often cause the oil swells the rubber!. And for a little extra insurance besides pre-mixin a little, I have the OMP rigged all the way open.
