Question Do a 2001 accent 2 doors has enough space to carry a se engine an a tranny ?

Ok, i am going to bring my 13B engine and my transmission, i have a 2001 hyundai accent 2 doors, and i want to know if i have enough space in the rear luggage to put the 13B se engine in it??? i could put the transmission on the back seats ???

Depends..... is it in longblock, or shorblock form, is it on a crate. Honestly, I doubt it will unless the engine has been stripped to the "block", and even then, how are you going to get the 170 lb. engine in and out without damaging anything. Tranny, it will most likely fit in the backseat, no problems.

My opinion, borrow or rent a truck. They're built to haul this kind of stuff around.

if I can fit a 12A with tranny, carb, intake, and first two joints of the exhaust into the trunk and backseat of my '81 prelude, you can fit it into your Hyundai

LOL, yeah i know a accent sucks badly. But it was my mother's car, it's in great shape, and she made me a great deal on it 100$cdn/month. so this is a great winter car, it's slow, econo, and automatic

Remove the passenger seat and you can haul a lot of stuff

Use cardboard and some spare carpet or something, I once hauled 2 12'a from a junkyard , in the passenger floor board of my 80. And when I put the seat back in you could never tell LOL
