Do 17 inch rims fit a 84' RX-7 ?¿?¿

I got some Volvo wheels from a friend and they are 17" rims I havent had my RX-7 for no more than 2 months just want to know if anyone has 17's on their car...I'd like to put them on they look pretty nice...if you have any pics of an 84 GSL-SE RX-7 with 17's I'd like to see. Thanks!

Make sure they will fit your car. the GSL-SE bolt pattern is 4 bolts, spaced 114.3mm apart (4.5"s maybe???)

If they do fit, and the offset is somewhere between 35mm and 40mm, the tire size you would need is:

205/40/17 to maintain a close match to the stock outside diameter.

My car has 16" rims.
