Question Differences in Auto and Manual Exhausts?

Hey guys,

I'm getting ready to purchase a muffler and centerpipe for the RX7. I called NAPA and the only parts they can get me are for a 85 Manual Transmission, mine is Auto. Is there really any difference between those two parts on the Manuals and Automatics? If I purchasethe muffler and the centerpipe for the manual will they fit my 85 GS auto? Quick response would be of great help! Thanks in advance...

i have never heard of any difference. if it's going to cost you more then $100, you should just get an n1 style muffler. i would be cheaper, and give you a couple hp.
