only thing majorly different right off the bat is that SDJ's are dyno tuned. sdj is some very rediculously awesome stuff, but you're gonna pay for it.

A lot of stuff you can't do to a carb in ITA that will really wake up the Nikki. Are they both ITA legal?

Read that again carefully and then think about that... Post back when you have your own right answer..

I was just looking at what the deal was by using that button at the top marked SEARCH. The Sterling carb is no where near ITA legal. I thought we were comparing two different peoples offerings of mod'ed carbs. The sterling set-up has all those "wake -up" things done to it not legal in ITA. I do everything myself so I wasn't familier with with Sterling and Carls services.

For maximum gain go Sterling, at $350 its well worth the price.

Due to international shipping problems I could not get a Sterling carb, but he told me what to do and after much work I fitted the result. With the carb, the equivalent of a RB exhaust system and a K&N air filter there was a 47% power increase measured on the same dyno. The fuel pump coped but if I had streetported then an upgrade would have been necessary.

Rusty- Response to your last questions, it bolts on as a replacement, and you will not need to upgrade the fuel pump if you have a stock port, but check the filter.
