thats kinda fucked up this gsterror dude was loesing to jays car racing so instead of turboing it or doing more mods to make it faster he waits for jay to go to jail/prison and steals his car while hes in jail might I add only because he isn;t the fastest FB in town and now he is... with another persons ride ?
Am i getting all this out of this thread and the link above?

 

Jay owes me money. He agreed that I can have the car. It's just hard to get someone's signature on papers when they're not easy to reach, if you know what I mean.
This is NOT Jay's car that he has thousands of posts about. This one looks much nicer and goes much slower. I think he was building this one on the side as a 'just in case.'

I didn't steal anything, guys. I aint like that.

 

Jails have visiting day so bring him a cake w/saw blade or soap-on-a-rope in exchange for his signature on the paperwork.

whats he in for anyway? what if Jay himself stole the car and thats why he was hiding it at someone elses place.

one way to legally get the papers from him is to put a lien on the car. If hge is incarcerated he can still recieve the lien paperwork and sign it over if he chooses. I have done that to several cars including my buddy's 66 mustang so that his mom wouldn't sell it while he was locked up. When he got out i sold it back to him for the amount of money i put in to it about 6 months later.

 

Jay's no car theif. He's in for a few things, some of which were discussed in the thread linked above.

At worst, I'll only have to wait a couple months, then he's out.
The car is worth well more than he owes me, so I'm HOPING he'll use the money I give him for it to make amends with Carl. I'm gonna pay him half, promising the other half when Carl has posted here claiming he got the money.

I like that plan with the carl issue, that sounds legit.

 

It's the only way to help Jay help himself. I'm sure that no one on here but Carl really has anything AGAINST Jay, other than the carl thing. He's really an alright guy.
