dead clutch

dead clutch

I replaced the slave cylinder and the clutch sometimes won't come off the floor. Other times when I first start the engine I can't even get into gear, takes some "coaxing". I've bled the lines a couple times but cant get that solid feel back in the clutch

Had that same feeling when my master cylinder seized. Is there adequate fluid in it? is the master cyliner working?
