The plastic breakaway parts are in the shaft near the pedals. To fix it you don't have to remove the whole steering box but you do have to remove the entire steering column.

today's date: 11/18/03, yet still no package has arrived. I emailed 2 days ago asking if my package has shipped yet and if so, what the tracking # was, yet no reply has come. I also left a phone message this afternoon but they haven't called yet, hoping for a reply tomorrow...

I would be content to sit an wait patiently, but my credit car bill arrived today and I've still go nothing to show for it. Has anyone that ordered one received their R&P setup yet? Do any of the local Canuk's here know when a good time is to reach them by phone?

ASEmaster, I ordered one on 13oct, rcvd it 14nov, so about four weeks for me...it will be a while though before I get to put it in though.

 

I got an email today w/ a UPS tracking number. I should see it in about a week. Looks like 4 weeks is about the average. I'll be sure to post pics and my thoughts on it all after installation.
