stripped the spindle :(

i was replaceing the berings on the front
and one of the spindles stripped, like nothing

gettig me down, thinking about selling the car and getting a motorcycle

i can get another 7 after im out of college

The spindle on my 85 SE was toast too. You can replace it with any 81-83 strut in your case. You can even replace it with one from the opposite side of the car! (you'll have to move the brake mounting bracket though).

Easy job!
