Hey guys finally got around to my 13 swap in my 85 gsl this weekend after collecting parts for 4 months. I'm running the car on a dcoe 45 with a carter pump and holley fpr. I was having trouble getting the car running but through process of elimination i traced it to an ignition problem. I have a msd 6al direct fire ignition that i installed and ran on the car for a month with the 12a in it and had no problems. Once i got the 13b in i found that i have no spark while cranking the motor and as soon as i let off the key i have spark again. Realizing this i put a push button starter on the car and it fired up immidiatey. I dont have time to look at the car till friday but the first thing I will try is using a differernt trigger to turn the msd on. Has anyone exsperienced this problem?
