the bracket is on the right side of the engine cabin, mounted to the shock tower.

The canister is mounted in the back left corner nestled next to the wind sheild washer fluid.

the one on the right filters the gas fewms coming out

 

Bracket, no clue, maybe someone had something aftermarket mounted there.

The black cylinder is your charcoal canister.

 

The bracket on the strut tower is for the coolant over flow tank. It's normal mounting position is on the passenger side of the radiator mounting shroud.

 

your charcoal canister is missing a vacuum hose, thus defeating the purpose.
