Coolant leaking problem

Hi guys another day another problem with my rx-7 now that we have it starting right up I drove it to work to day. At lunch I when down to get a new tire for the back passenger it was loosing air and half way to the shop white smock was coming from every were pulled over popped the hood and water all over the carb and right beside the engine in that grove. Well filled her back up and as soon as I started her up about half of the coolant fell out right under the motor. Filled her back up and I watched for any drops the is a open passage right be hind the carb there and 2 same size one has a hose on it that connects to a bigger hose and goes to the oil filter. Looking at the car it is the hole on the right it was dripping quickly it is not caped the car had ac but does not any more I am not sure if that Is where the water is coming from I think I may be I will find away to block it off. A broken seal does not drop 1 and ½ litters of water in a few seconds or does it. There is no smoke coming out of the carb or in the engine. The engine was rebuild and put in a different car for a bit before I got it the guy put it back in this one so any idea’s guys.

update i had put a rubber plug in the hole and secured it with wire filled the radiator and it shot the pulg out it was not the right size it was a little small but water came out.

Between the water pump housing, there are 2 thin spacers (top 2 passenger side) and a gasket. Check if water is dripping to the front cover.
