Coolant leak ideas wierd situation

84 gsl
My car leaves a stain on the ground of coolant and on top of the block. Im assuming its the ibtake manifold seals. However i went to refill the radiator. And it was full to the neck. However the overflow bottle was nearly empty. I turned on the car and coolant started to slowly expand out of the radiator. I put the cap back on. Any ideas? I have the ibtake manifold gasket and seals. Whats the best plan of attack ? Thanks

Rubber O-rings between Mani and Block can (and, apparently: have) fail. Coolant there sez change it out so that would be my first line of attack, as you say.
Coolant expansion from rad: with Cap OFF? then that would make sense. Cap on: should route to O/Flow tank - and mani-leak too...
Start with O-rings.

Working as designed. Fix that manifold leak first.
