I found these in a book in my HS library there are a few others besides 7s theres an RX500 and a cosmo and a buncha race cars

i only go to the libray to get on rx7club but the kicked me of for being a disturbence(i was looking a a thread in the lounge, explanes it all) and i started to look the the car books, theres also one that explane how rotarys work ill try and getn it some time this week

um... i think its the history of jappeness autos 1890-present (1985/6) somthing like that.

found this today i asked to keep it and they said yes (im the only one to take the book out sice jan 2 1979and some one took it out on oct 2 1978 hehe

it has many other good pics like:

Thanks for the pics. They let you keep it you dog? Nice. Now you must scan the whole book and put it in PDF format and host it.

The Kamm tail on that RX-500 is ugly. A very interesting looking car.

^^ ill scan most of the book, just not the chapter on piston engines. i dont know what a PDF thing is but if you tell me ill put it in it and everyone can read the book!

I know this thread is quite old, but came across this site which has several more images of the proposed RX-500 during the 1970's. The images in the previous posts above seem to be deleted, so here is the link below.

Actually, I much prefer the RX-7 than the RX-500, however if the tail of the RX-500 was improved, it may have been a really great looking rotary!
