Looks ******* ridiculous if you ask me, although I somewhat respect that it must have entailed a bit of work and dollars.

I'm 17 and although Fast and the Furious was an entertaining movie I am not a ricer. I like modifying my cars but not like that. the IMSA spoiler and kamei air dam, along with 83 limited wheels are enough for me. (Note none of this stuff is on my car yet but will be soon so don't ask for pics)

As for the car pictured, you must respect the amount of work the owner put into the car, but without the HP to back it up it's all talk and no action. Kinda neat looking, i guess. stock is better.

I think maybe the problem with these misguided peepz is that they've never seen a nice FB. All they do is read 'Import Tuner' mag and watch F&F, and so they've just got nothing to go with... they're just emulating the wrong role models. It's a sad sad state of affairs.

Front piece= combat
Back bumper=brothers parting out a mustang (almost)
Wing= Came off a 70 Buick 455 GS (have)
side skirts=when my friend comes back from ok. (gonna)
RIMS= looking for some weds (want some)

Most of this kit is free, the most expensive part would be the rims I am hoping to keep it under a $200 budget
LATERZ,
Andrew

Yea, flashy body kits aren't all bad, but anything that draws the cops attention is a bad thing in my book.

That cars actually not ricey, per se, the work is well done. Just not very attractive to me.

If there were an intercooler in that giant gap I might grudgingly approve

The sides look sweet with the bulges. Lose the SS stripes and the big mouth bumper and its on.

i actually like it,
and ive been wandering why no company has made a kit like this for the 7 yet,
but i know mostly its cause the year.
ive always liked the shogun style front end,
thats what they were called in the low rider days,
that just showes how long i liked them for.

im personally dont care for the stock front end,
its poor design "not that the combat style is any better"
causes alot of air to get forced under the car and makes my car tail happy at 100+
yes i do 100+ quite often
but respectively on open freeways NOT in traffic hours

plus the front end coming to a point is just out dated.
i like the kamie style or mazdatrix style mostly
but wouldnt mind trying out one of those big mouth styles,
but i think its too radical for the rest of the car to be left stock,
you would definetly need skirts
pref wide body kit
and rear ground effects or mustang bumper.

or it would look plain out silly fron the side.

btw im 22 and hate rice

**** im 22 and put 21,dont ya hate that?
birthday was just in feb, gotta get used to it

to some it up rice in my definteion is

fake roll cages
slow civics with tons of money in making them look fast i.e. tons of gauges, nos stickers etc
fake b.o.v.
fake intercoolers
you get the picture

in my opinion it dont have to be a civic to be rice,
most of these F#CKIN RETARDED parts are just made for civics, and even more RETARDED people buy them

even a 69 camaro can be rice.
it all depends what they do with it,
a civic can also be fast and not be rice,
like i said it all depends on the person

I actually like the stripes. And as much as I like my buddies Prelude with the Combat kit on it, that just dont belong an a 7. Nice work on it, but I thnk that it looks odd with that bg combat mouth sticking out front without any thing in it. (intercooler...)

But you gotta think, in a year afrter driving it around, how well is it goin to hold up? I know that some of those heavilly molded in bodypanels start to look ike *** after a while.

But hey it aint mycar so who am I to judge.

I always thought the Shelby-type stripes looked pretty cool.. until they started showing up on everything! I also thought that front end was sweet the first time I saw one on an Eclipse, but then I saw it on a Honda, and an Acura, and then everything else. When did it get to the point that leaving something bone stock in appearence became unique? I say form should follow function.

I wonder what the average age is here on the forum. I'm 23 myself.
