As I remembered, Ground-Control also made some.

I've heard good things about ground-control.

A buddy of mine had an Arospeed coilover-kit for a Miata, which I modified to fit my -SE. It worked out really well, despite the fact that the kit was intended for a completely different car. It required a bit of part scrounging but it wasn't too hard to make it work. It's perfect for the budget racer.

Here's a link to the kit I found: Link to Arospeed

Uber-cheap, and functional. Since you can only use the fronts, you get a spare pair of springs and coilover bodies. You get a choice between 350lb and 450lb springs!

Yes, ground-control is the defacto coilover retailer and yes they are a quality part. They have been selling them for 1st gens for well over a decade.

www.iscracing.net also sells coil over parts for a tad less than Ground Control.

There is no question that they are a quality product, and Mr. Susko is a very professional and knowledgeable guy when it comes to 1st gen suspension setup.

at isc i have wondered how the rear perches work if you use them then you car sits low but then putting that in there and putting it as low as it goes would be the same as not using the perchs?????

yeah but the spring is shorter, so when the coilover is set high, it sits normal...then when you lower it, the car lowers further than stock.....shorter spring.

i just bought a set of Ground Control springs, and i need to get the coilover sleeves still. the rear springs have like 5 dead wound coils that can be cut to adjust your height and it wont affect ride quality

onslaught81,

Why do you want coilovers? What end result are you hoping to achieve?

These are loaded questions....

i kindof jacked this thread from him. i was wondering about the gforceenginnering coilovers because they were so cheap. i want a suspension setup that i can easily track and as a daily driver. i want it low for the track but want it still drivable until i can solely devote my car to being a track rat.
