Need to be more descriptive on the clicking noise. Fwiw, 81-85 driveshafts are not the same. The pinion flange changed mid-year in 83.

That doesn't help much. Jack the car up and set the rearend on jackstands. If it still makes the same noise while the engine is running, in or out of gear, start crawling around under the hood and under the car and see if you can narrow down the location. While you're under the car, recheck the torque on all of the parts that were swapped. Also lightly apply the brakes while the engine is running and in gear, not if there is any change in the clicking. Check the torque on the lug bolts, they should be 85 lb/ft. Driveshaft should be torqued to 25-27 lb/ft. Tranny to engine, 27-40 lb/ft.

Jack the front up and check the tires/wheels for any play.
